Although the resource center can assist with ensuring your resident account is set up and all needed documentation is completed for move-in, your community leasing office will handle all leasing related questions that include leasing incentives and deadlines.
I am a current resident needing to place a work order. Who can I talk to regarding this?
Work orders can be completed by logging into your resident account and requesting service. This step is necessary for you to give permission for maintenance staff to enter your apartment. For immediate requests such as maintenance emergencies, please contact your community directly. If you want to check on the status of your work order, we are happy to help.
